Parallel Shaft Helical Gearbox
INGECO has developed these parallel shaft Gearboxes for application in

These Gearboxes are made of High Grade C.I. casting, with Alloy steel Hardened and Ground Gears. The Roller Bearings used are of best make to give frictionless output. 
These are available in one, two and three stage reduction with wide seletion of output Ratios. These units are available for Power ratings for upto 250 Kw.

WORMS AND WORM WHEELS are manufactured to Class A limits of accuracy specified in IS:3734-1983 WORMS, integral with their Shafts are manufactured from high quality case hardening steel. Worm threads are accurately generated and super finished. Bearing journals and shaft extensions are ground to fine limits, whilst oil seal tracks are ground and super finished.

Helical Speed Reducer
 
“INGECO” IPH Series Helical Speed Reducers is the modern development and designed specially for use on systems for SINGLE SCREW EXTRUSION of various materials such as plastic and rubber. It is also widely used in Plastic Blow Molding Machines.

Where ever human force is not enough to take, move, lift and position loads the task of “INGECO” SCREW JACKS Stars. “INGECO” Screw Jack or Lifting Mechanism is widely used in Blow Molding and Extruder Machines to lift and position the screw barrel and other heavy accessories when a mould change is required in the machine.

Double reduction , double output speed reducer is specially designed for roto gravure printing machine. It comprises of box housing make of C.I. close grain casting with Pb-2 worm wheel and EN-19 shafts. Provision is also provided for printing cylinder drive. These speed reducers are also available for central drive and end drive for multi station printing machine. This gearbox is available in three different arragements of worm-worm wheel, helical and bevel type gearbox and in ratios of 2:1, 5:1 and 8.25:1
